White Nile Consults Limited is a Ugandan registered limited liability company, incorporated on 18th November 2011. Since 2012, we have operated as a specialized environmental and oilfield waste management company, serving the oil and gas sector with precision, responsibility, and scale.
Our core business focuses on the treatment, management, and safe disposal of oilfield waste, supporting responsible energy development while safeguarding the environment and surrounding communities.
We own and operate a 110-acre waste treatment facility in Kikuube District, strategically positioned within the Albertine Graben – Uganda’s primary oil and gas region. This strategic location enables efficient service delivery to upstream oil operations across the region.

We are fully licensed by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) to own and operate a hazardous waste treatment and disposal site under License No. WT97/2024, supported by ESIA Certificate No. NEMA/EIA/4275.
This license is renewed annually.
We are also certified by the Uganda National Bureau of Standrads under Certificate No: UNBS/LRS/0045.
We are permited to discharge waste water under permit number: KIK01/WP-23069/2024/NN
Our facility complies with the National Environment Act, NEMA regulations, and other recognized local and international environmental standards.
